With more than 12 years of leadership and management experience in emerging markets across different regions and industries, Jagan Pandit is qualified and experienced to lead in emerging markets. The areas of expertise in his work include sales and marketing, enabling the environment for public, private, and foreign direct investments in infrastructure, and outsourcing services.
As Chief Executive Officer at Dazonn Technologies Private Limited, he is responsible for day-to-day operations with international and domestic companies and even the company’s Economics and Finance practice. Additionally, he worked with US-based companies while serving as Assistant Manager in an IT company.
Jagan Pandit is a keen learner. He can quickly navigate, readjust, be flexible and friendly, and understand technologies essential to being a successful CEO. In addition to overseeing the company’s various functions, including operations, finance, marketing, sales, human resources, legal, compliance, and technology, the CEO is ultimately responsible for its success. He balances the needs of employees, customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Mr. Jagan Pandit, An Entrepreneur, started his professional journey in a small village in Cuttack, Mansagar, District Odisha. He is the first person in his generation to start his own company. He wants to change the standard working pattern for everyone working with him. He wants to set a positive environment to make every worker efficient to satiate their needs. The qualities that have made him a successful businessman include optimism, single-mindedness, open-mindedness, and a go-getter attitude.
Which one significant accomplishment in this world makes you most proud?
Through my professional journey, I have gained a wealth of experience and the opportunity to positively and negatively impact the lives of so many people. In the early days of my career, I worked as an associate for a US-based company. In my wildest dreams, I could not have imagined having so many colleagues and partners accompany me to where I am today.
My greatest accomplishment has been staying engaged in my work and never limiting myself to one area of expertise. The rollercoaster adventure of my career began, and I continue to contribute to improving lives there and beyond with all the ups and downs I faced, fought, and learned.
